Coaching Application Information. We may collect personal information that you provide when you apply for our courses or register for an account (where available). This information includes your name, gender, age, job title, email, phone number and postal address.
Payment and Transaction Information. If you apply for one of our Services requiring payment, we collect the information provided in connection with such payment. Please note that we use third party payment processors to process payments made to us. As such, all such information is provided directly by you to our third-party processor. The payment processor’s use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. We will only receive the last 4 digits of the credit card number along with transaction-related information (i.e., payment date, amount, device type, IP address and card type). If custom billing is arranged, the account contact’s name, email, job title, company and address may be collected as well.

Your decisions, actions and outcomes are entirely your responsibility. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold us liable for any choices you make or their consequences, under any circumstances.

We do not and cannot guarantee specific results from the use of our ideas, information, tools, or strategies, as individual outcomes depend on various personal factors beyond our control.

Offering Feedback is completely voluntary, and you acknowledge that you will not receive any payment or compensation for it. 6. Payments

You confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement to enter into a legal agreement. You agree to pay for any fee-based services you purchase from us, along with all other charges made to your account, including applicable taxes and fees.

All applicable fees must be paid upfront for the full duration of the services. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars through the Payment Account. Many of our fee-based services are set to auto-renew.

We may change our fees and billing methods at any time. You are responsible for all charges made to your account, whether by you, anyone you permit to use your account or any related accounts (including individuals with implied, actual, or apparent authority), or anyone who gains access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.

Please note that all course sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

7. Notification of Security Incident

If we identify a security breach involving our systems or databases containing your personal information or that of your contacts, we will notify you if required by law. In such cases, we will share details about the incident to help you assess its potential impact and address any applicable legal or regulatory obligations, unless restricted by legal, confidentiality, or security constraints. Providing notification or assisting you in addressing a security incident does not imply that Sendios accepts responsibility or liability for the incident.

8. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement, you will lose access to your account. All of your Data may be permanently deleted at any time after termination, and all data transmission will stop. Romtips may, in its sole discretion, make your Data available to you to the extent it has not been deleted. Romtips accepts no liability for such deleted Data. Before the termination of Service, it is your responsibility to transfer, save, or otherwise secure any Data you wish to retain access to after termination. Usernames are unique and can only be used once. If your account has been terminated, the username will no longer be available for use on any future accounts and cannot be reclaimed.

We may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your account or impose limits on or restrict your access to parts or all of the Website at any time, without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms, court order, or inactivity.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website. You are responsible for checking the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

You may not modify this Agreement, in whole or in part, and any such modification or attempt to modify shall not be enforceable unless reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Sendios. Since Members use the Service for a variety of reasons, we can’t guarantee that it’ll meet your specific needs.

11. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Romtips or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:

any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, treble or other multiples of damages, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the Services;
any lost profits, lost revenues, lost opportunities, diminution in value, including any alleged loss or diminution in value of personal information, or any other losses arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of or access to the Services;
problems caused by others, the wrongful or unlawful actions of third parties, or an act of god;
data loss, reputation damage, or goodwill loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services;
any Content you send through the Service;
your relationship with your Contacts and how you interact with them, including your collection of personal information or your collection of consent to communicate with your Contacts via email and Text Messaging.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Romtips with respect to your use of the Service.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid by a court, the rest of the agreement will still apply. The invalid part will be changed just enough to make it legal, while still reflecting what we originally intended.

13. Choice of Law

The England and Whales laws will govern all disputes arising out of or relating to the Service and the Agreement, regardless of conflict of laws rules.
